FIAF is thrilled to organize this 1-week Culture & Language Voyage in collaboration with Alliance Française de Bordeaux Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Discover the city of Bordeaux, France and its vibrant culture, and improve your French in a complete French immersion experience!

The trip will take place Saturday, May 20–Sunday, May 28, 2023

Must show a proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to departure

  • Fees & Registration

    Total fee = $3,900 USD per person (+ $500 for private room in ApartHotel option)

    — $1,000 deposit per person due at registration time, latest by Friday, March 3, 2023.
    — $2,900 (+ $500 for private ApartHotel room option) balance due by Friday, March 24, 2023.

    All-Inclusive Package:

    • Includes round-trip economy flight to Paris/Bordeaux from New York
    • Accommodation in host families, including breakfast & dinner
    • French classes at Alliance Française de Bordeaux Nouvelle-Aquitaine

    • A private ApartHotel room (= residential hotel) is available for an additional charge of $500

    Submit the form and deposit to FIAF by Friday, March 3, 2023 to reserve your spot.

    To complete your registration, please email the registration form along with a copy of the participant’s vaccination card and passport to Guillaume Lefèvre at glefevre@fiaf.org. A follow-up email will be sent upon receipt of the documents and again when the deposit payment has been processed.

  • Reservation & Cancellation Policy

    Registration form and deposit must be received by Friday, March 3, 2023. As space is limited, reservations will be honored in the order received. Full trip payment must be completed by Friday, March 24, 2023.

    Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Guillaume Lefèvre – FIAF Pedagogical Director at glefevre@fiaf.org.

    For cancellations before or on Mar. 24, 2023, a $200 fee per person will be deducted from the refund.
    Cancellations received after Mar. 24, 2023, will result in forfeiture of the full deposit amount per person.
    Cancellations received after Apr. 7, 2023, will result in forfeiture of 50% of the full trip cost per person.
    Cancellations received after Apr. 21, 2023, will necessitate forfeiture of the full trip cost per person.
