A selection of video games and demos from Bordeaux-based studios and Ubisoft in Montreal will be available for free to the general public in the FIAF Gallery throughout the weekend.
The City of Bordeaux is one of the most important hubs for video game development and digital entertainment in France with more than 40 video games studios in town. Games from two Bordeaux-based studios, Asobo Studio and Nova-Box, will be featured during Animation First 2019.
Follow the adventures of two siblings in 14th-century Aquitaine in A Plague Tale-Innocence. Go on a quest through the fantasy medieval world of Seers Isle, then head to futuristic Paris, abandoned by its inhabitants, in the VR game Eagle Flight. Explore Ancient Egypt with the Discovery Tour version of Ubisoft’s bestselling game Assassin’s Creed: Origins. Children can relive their favorite moments from Pixar’s beloved film Ratatouille, and enjoy the critically acclaimed Rayman Legends.
