With just a smartphone and Snapchat, learn to create your first Augmented Reality. After a presentation on Augmented Reality in Social Media & Metaverse, participants will head into break-out rooms for a hands-on experience. On completing the workshop, you will understand the principles of AR, Metaverse, how AR works, and the best ways to use it.
Organized by New York Tech professor Kevin Park and his graduate assistants.
To participate in the hands-on portion of the workshop, you need to have a PC, a smartphone, and the Snapchat app. Download the app (iPhone or Android) and set up your Snapchat account before the workshop.
