3 hours before each event (1 hour before if event starts at or before 1pm)
Tickets can also be purchased at the FIAF Haskell Library (22 East 60th Street, 2nd Floor, New York) during the following hours:

When you reserve a ticket online or over the phone, a link to your ticket will be delivered via SMS text or email. You must download your ticket on a smartphone or save it to your mobile wallet for scanning at the theater.
Online sales for events will close 3 hours before event start time.
Mobile tickets can also be purchased at the FIAF Library when it is open.
Will Call
Pick up tickets one hour prior to the show. Customer can present the actual credit card used to place the order or a photo ID.
We recommend that you skip Will Call and choose the Mobile Delivery option for contactless ticketing.
Accessibility
Please call the Box Office at 212-355-6160 to purchase accessible seats. Wheelchair access via elevator in main lobby of the building at 55 East 59th Street.
Theater Rules
No eating, drinking, or smoking in the theater.
No children under three (3) years of age.
Everyone entering the theater must have a ticket. Children pay full price.
